Monocle is a global multimedia brand incorporating magazine, web and broadcasting formats.
In January this year journalists from Monocle visited several workshops, studios and designers in Tasmania. The result is an article in the latest issue of Monocle magazine (volume 06, issue 53 May 2012) accompanied by a 5 minute video on Tasmanian Craft.

Stuart Williams will be showing furniture and lighting at Handmark Gallery, 77 Salamanca Place Hobart,  alongside paintings by Jeff Gatt.

The exhibition will run from 11 May until 5th June 2012. Open Daily

Young, but incredibly successful, alumnus and furniture designer, Brodie Neill (BFA Hons 2001), is visiting Hobart from London.

Brodie’s work is highly competitive in New York, London, Milan and Paris, where he works for impressive clientele. He receives high acclaim through exhibition and inclusion in magazines such as Esquire, Time Magazine, Vogue and Harpers Bazaar

designed; made is back, but this time we will all be undercover and inside the fantastic Princes Wharf No 1 Shed.

We’ve taken the plunge and booked the Shed for Sunday May 6th 2012.  It is huge, so there’s heaps of space for your display and products and it looks like we will be able to accommodate everyone who wants more display room.
